Terms of Service

Pricing: All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include applicable taxes, registration, or documentation fees unless otherwise stated.

Vehicle Condition: While we strive for accuracy, all vehicle descriptions, specifications, and conditions are provided as-is. We recommend in-person inspection before purchase.

Availability: Vehicles are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. We reserve the right to refuse any sale.

Deposits: Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Eligibility: Renters must be at least 25 years old, possess a valid driver's license, and provide proof of insurance.

Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit is required for all rentals and will be returned within 7-14 business days after vehicle return, subject to vehicle inspection.

Damage Responsibility: Renters are responsible for any damage to the vehicle during the rental period, beyond normal wear and tear.

Mileage: Daily mileage limits apply unless unlimited mileage is purchased. Excess mileage fees will be charged accordingly.

Late Returns: Late return fees will be charged at the daily rental rate, prorated hourly.

Acceptance: San Francisco Motorcars reserves the right to accept or decline any consignment request at our sole discretion.

Commission: Commission rates will be agreed upon in writing before accepting a vehicle for consignment.

Vehicle Care: While in our possession, vehicles are fully insured. We are not responsible for mechanical failures or pre-existing conditions.

Pricing Authority: San Francisco Motorcars reserves the right to adjust asking prices to market conditions with owner approval.

Sale Terms: Payment to consignors will be made within 5 business days after receiving cleared funds from the buyer.
